Unfortunately, I have been having some irregular heartbeats and my doctor suggested it was caffeine. UGH! Today, I will tell you about caffeine, how much is safe, sources of caffeine, and symptoms of over-caffeination.
If you enjoy coffee as much as me, I hope you aren’t over-caffeinated, but if you are, you will be so much more comfortable drinking caffeine in moderation.
