This week I am talking about the controversial topic of food intolerances - gluten specifically. I will tell you the difference between food allergies and food intolerances, my story, and give you 5 tips for getting started if you decide to try a gluten-free lifestyle.
I’m excited to be pivoting my business toward working more with women who have hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s. Food intolerances are a big issue with people who have a disrupted immune system, so this topic is very close to my heart.
